A Land measuring 1.25 acres (Orange Orchard) under Thram No. 336, Plot No.415 located at Dagepela under Goshi Gewog, Dagana Dzongkhag will be disposed off through open auction on December 13th, 2008 at 10:30 AM in the Conference Hall, National Pension and Provident Fund, Thimphu.

Interested bidders are requested to inspect the property on or before December 12th, 2008.

Terms and Condition

1. The intending bidder shall deposit an earnest money (EMD) of Nu.10,000/- in Cash or in the form of bank draft in favor of NPPF, Thimphu and an entrance fee of Nu.100/-(Non-Refundable) on or before 10 AM on the day of auction.
2. No bidders shall be allowed to sit for the auction without deposit of EMD and the entrance fee.
3. The unsuccessful bidders’ earnest money will be refunded after the auction.
4. The highest bidder shall deposit 25% of the bid amount on the fall of the hammer and the balance 75% within 10 (Ten) working days from the date of auction. Non-compliance to this term will result in forfeiture of earnest money deposit and also part payments thereof of the bid value and cancellation of bid. Should the highest bid be cancelled, the NPPF shall have the right to forfeit the EMD and sell the property to the second highest bidder.
5. The decision of the Auction Committee to accept or reject the bid shall be final and binding without assigning any reason.

The following pool vehicles will be disposed off through open auction on December 27, 2008 at 10 AM in the Conference Hall of the NPPF, Thimphu on “As is where is Basis”.Interested bidders are expected to inspect the vehicles at NPPF Head Office, Thimphu during office hours before December 27, 2008.

This is to inform the general public that the Auction Notice which was published on August 13, 2008 by National Pension and Provident Fund regarding the disposal of land measuring 2 acres with a partly constructed building under Thram No. 529 located at Suntali (behind Tsirang Middle Secondary School) Goshling Gewog, Tsirang Dzongkhag will be deferred till further notice.
