The National Pension and Provident Fund, Thimphu is pleased to announce the following vacancies:
- Minimum of total 10 years of work experience including a minimum of 7 years in relevant field; and
- Should have a minimum 3 years of work experience in a managerial role in grade 5 level or above.
- Contract term of 3 years; andshall be
- renewable based on performance and MARS.
Nu. 55,000/- (Pay Scale 55,000 - 1,375 - 63,250)
40% of Basic Pay
e. Performance Based Variable Incentive (PBVI) and Annual Bonus as per NPPF SRR; and
f. Other entitlements as per NPPF SRR.

The shortlisted candidates shall be required to attend the selection interview at their own expense. The date and venue of the selection interview will be notified to shortlisted candidates only.
The selected candidate shall produce a ‘No Objection Letter’ from one’s employer, if currently employed before issuance of an appointment order; and
The NPPF reserves the right to cancel the recruitment and selection process without assigning any reason thereof.
In line with RMA’s notification on the 3rd revision of MLR from 6.66% to 6.51% dated August 03, 2017, the National Pension and Provident Fund (NPPF) would like to inform that there is no change in the interest rates for member loan products. However, interest rate for corporate clients has been revised.
