In line with the Government directives to resume regular office functions, NPPF will offer all its services w.e.f 7th September 2020. However, in order to minimize the risk of the pandemic through avoidable physical interactions, the following procedures will be adopted, and members/stakeholders are requested to strictly adhere to these requirements:

Loan Services:

1. All Loan Applications

1.1 Scan the complete set of loan applications (in proper sequence) and required documents, and email to: rigzin.pelden@nppf.org.bt or rinchen.dema@nppf.org.bt
1.2 Clarifications may be sought at: Thimphu: 1039 (Toll Free, Moday to Friday during office hours);

2. Loan Disbursement

If the loan is approved, the applicant shall be called by NPPF for execution of the legal agreement after which the loan shall be deposited in the applicant’s nominated bank account.

3. Loan Repayment

For queries on loan repayment, please contact the following officials:

6. Provident Fund and Pension Services

a) Scan and email duly completed documents as per the check list in the PF Claim Form (form in the website) and email to: tashi.dema@nppf,org.bt (17536373) for civilians and thinley.dorji@nppf.org.bt (17600832) for Armed Force members.
**We would also like to request all our pensioners currently receiving pension from Bhutan Post to shift your pension account to any of the commercial Banks to be able to access the digital banking services.

7. Further, all members are also requested to use the NPPF E-services (available in the website), particularly, to view your PF and loan details. Please contact 17305565 in case you need any assistance for this matter.

In line with RMA’s notification on the 3rd revision of MLR from 6.66% to 6.51% dated August 03, 2017, the National Pension and Provident Fund (NPPF) would like to inform that there is no change in the interest rates for member loan products. However, interest rate for corporate clients has been revised.
