We would like to inform all our valued members and stakeholders that there will be a temporary suspension of services from 1st to 7th July 2021, to enable our employees to fully engaged in system migration to the new ICT systems.
During this transition period, NPPF services offered through other platforms like MBOB, MPAY and online transactions shall also be suspended. However, other transactions like deposit of monthly Pension and Provident Fund Contributions, Loan EMI, House Rent deposits, etc., at the banking counters can be done as usual.
Inconvenience caused in this regard is highly regretted and we look forward to improving our services with the installation of our new system.
In line with RMA’s notification on the 3rd revision of MLR from 6.66% to 6.51% dated August 03, 2017, the National Pension and Provident Fund (NPPF) would like to inform that there is no change in the interest rates for member loan products. However, interest rate for corporate clients has been revised.
