1. Eligibility Criteria to apply for Commercial Unit below IMTRAT Hospital.

2 Applicant Bhutanese nationals with valid business license
3 Allotment Shall be done after undertaking due diligence.
4 Monthly Rent Nu. 6000/-
5 Occupancy W.e.f 1st October, 2019.

5 Applicant and/ or Spouse Not a tenant of Public Housing Unit
6 Allotment Shall be done on the basis of seniority in NPPF membership on August 26th 2019.
7 Monthly Rent Nu. 8,925/-
8 Occupancy W.e.f 1st October 2019.

In line with RMA’s notification on the 3rd revision of MLR from 6.66% to 6.51% dated August 03, 2017, the National Pension and Provident Fund (NPPF) would like to inform that there is no change in the interest rates for member loan products. However, interest rate for corporate clients has been revised.
