The National Pension and Provident Fund (NPPF) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified large W3 Category Bhutanese Construction firms registered with the Construction Development Board (CDB) for the construction of residential buildings (two packages) near Central Regional Referral Hospital in Gelegphu. Bidding will be conducted through the national competitive bidding procedures specified in the Royal Government of Bhutan Procurement Rules & Regulations 2019.
Date and time of bid submission: 01/10/2019 at 10.30AM for both the packages.
Date and time of bid opening: 01/10/2019 at 11.30 AM for (Package-I) and 2.30 PM for (Package-II).
Venue of opening: Conference Hall, NPPF Head Office, Thimphu.

Bidders are reminded to obtain the signature of the NPPF Investment Director on the Integrity Pact before submitting the bid, without which the bid may be rejected. Bidders should note that they are allowed to bid for only one package.
In line with RMA’s notification on the 3rd revision of MLR from 6.66% to 6.51% dated August 03, 2017, the National Pension and Provident Fund (NPPF) would like to inform that there is no change in the interest rates for member loan products. However, interest rate for corporate clients has been revised.
