The National Pension and Provident Fund (NPPF) invites sealed bids from interested and prospective bidders for the supply of interactive screen to NPPF office for the financial year 2021-22. 
  
Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes on or before 2:00 PM on 16th May 2022 and shall be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM at the NPPF Boardroom, Head Office, Thimphu. Any bids received after the deadline for the submission shall be rejected. 

Please note that bids shall be rejected at the time of opening if: 

  1. Integrity pact is not signed by the bidders or authorized person & witnesses; or incomplete; 
  2. Bid security is insufficient or is not enclosed or found invalid, 

Detailed bidding documents can be purchased after mailing the screenshot of deposit slip of Nu. 200/- to dhendup.dema@nppf.org.bt with effect from 15th April 2022 and the tender number is NPPF/HRAD/2020-21/11/ 3933 . The amount shall be deposited in NPPF Revenue Account 100902618. For any inquiry, please contact procurement section (Tel-02-324140) Extension no.118.
