ANNOUNCEMENT

The National Pension and Provident Fund intends to buy land in Tsiring, Bumthang, Monger, Nanglam and Samdrup Jonkhar. Those land owners who are interested to sell land in above areas may submit proposals in line with the following terms and conditions:-

1. The minimum Plot Size shall be Two Acres and More.
2. The Land shall be located within the Extended Municipalities or within 5 Km radius from the Municipal Centers.
3. Preference shall be given to those lands which have developed service infrastructures.
4. The Ownership Transfer Fees shall be at the Cost of Sellers.
5. For Monger, the Land owners may submit proposal to sell land above 50 decimal in the town area.
6. The NPPF reserves the right to reject or buy the land.

The proposal should be submitted to the Real Estate Department, NPPF Thimphu in sealed envelops latest by August 30, 2010.
