Hotline Service And SMS Services

On the joyous occasion of the 30th Birth Anniversary of His Majesty the Fifth Druk Gyalpo, the National Pension & Provident Fund is pleased to initiate a Hotline Service in order to better serve the Members.

Henceforth, all the calls for enquiries should be made through Hotline No.139 for B-Mobile Users & 02-325168 for TashiCell Users.

SMS facility is also introduced for enquiry of an individual member's information as follows:-

  1.For Education Loan and Housing Loan Balance Enquiry -Type LoanBAL(space)A/c.No.

  2.For Provident Fund Balance Enquiry -Type PFBAL (space)A/c.No.

There are two ways to find your New Loan Account Number:-

  1.By using NPPF No.- Type NPPFAC(space) NPPF No.

  2.By using New CID No.- Type CIDAC(space) CID No.
