INVITATION FOR ANNUAL QUOTATION

Sealed quotations are invited from reputed Bhutanese Firms with valid license for the supply of Stationeries, Computer accessories/spares/peripherals, Printing of stationery & Building maintenance materials to the National Pension and Provident Fund during the financial year (July 2011 – June 2012):-

Tender documents along with the list of materials can be purchased from the NPPF office ( Store Unit), Thimphu with effect from April 11, 2011,during office hours, at a cost of Nu. 300/- (non-refundable).

The quotations along with the samples and specification should be submitted to the Chief Executive Officer, NPPF on or before May 09, 2011. The bids shall be opened on May 10, 2011 at 10 AM in the presence of the committee members.
