Invitation of Expression of Interest under the NPPF/Private Partnership Project

Under the NPPF/Private Partnership Project, the NPPF wishes to develop and construct residential buildings on its vacant land measuring 67,000 sft behind Norgay Cinema, Phuntsholing.

The project will be outsourced to selected firm(S) on turn key basis. All interested private consultants and Real Estate developers may submit " Expression of interest" along with proposals on the modus operandi of the Project to the General Manager, Real Estate, NPPF, Thimphu. Latest by October 28,2010.
