| Refund of Provident Fund ( Tier2) A/c. |
Once a member is retired off from the active service on retirement/voluntary
resignation/retrenchment or compulsory retirement/death/termination on disciplinary
grounds, the member need to process for his/her Tier2 benefit claim through his/her
employer. The documents required for the process are :-
- PF Refund Form.
- Office order indicating his/her separation from service.
- Relieving order indicating his/her date of release from service.
- Audit Clearance Certificate.
- Clearance from Ministry of Finance for Gr. III and above Officers.
- Clearance Certificate from Financial Institutions.
- Clearance Certificate from other service providing agencies like BT,BPC,DUDH
etc.
- Last Pay Certificate.
- Death Certificate in case of death of the member.
- Court’s order for payment of benefit in case of death of the member.
- Copy of citizenship ID Card of the member.
