Refund of Provident Fund ( Tier2) A/c.

Once a member is retired off from the active service on retirement/voluntary resignation/retrenchment or compulsory retirement/death/termination on disciplinary grounds, the member need to process for his/her Tier2 benefit claim through his/her employer. The documents required for the process are :-

  1. PF Refund Form.
  2. Office order indicating his/her separation from service.
  3. Relieving order indicating his/her date of release from service.
  4. Audit Clearance Certificate.
  5. Clearance from Ministry of Finance for Gr. III and above Officers.
  6. Clearance Certificate from Financial Institutions.
  7. Clearance Certificate from other service providing agencies like BT,BPC,DUDH etc.
  8. Last Pay Certificate.
  9. Death Certificate in case of death of the member.
  10. Court’s order for payment of benefit in case of death of the member.
  11. Copy of citizenship ID Card of the member.
