The National Pension & Provident Fund shall:

• Keep the premises fit for decent living.
• Enter the rental unit only with the prior consent of the tenant except in emergency.
• Not evict the tenant during the existence of tenancy agreement without just and sufficient cause.
• Inform and hand over the property left behind by the vacating tenant.
• Not discontinue or withhold any services and facilities enjoyed by the tenant without a just and sufficient cause.
• Notify the tenant on the sale of the rental unit and disclose the name and address of the purchaser and other necessary information for the purpose of tenancy.
