Notification of Award of the Works for the Construction of Fire Escape Structure

It is hereby notified that, pursuant to the award decision made on 14th April 2026, the contract for the execution of the Works for the Construction of Fire Escape Structure in the Commercial Buildings at the NPPF Housing Complex, Thimphu, under reference No. NPPF/RE/PR-TH/2026/376, has been awarded to Phuntshok Gyelphel Construction for a total contract price of Nu. 3,300,000/- (Ngultrum Three Million Three Hundred Thousand only). The contract period shall be two months from the date of commencement. Real Estate Division, National Pension and Provident Fund (NPPF).
