8th May 2026 NPPF/HRAD/11/2026/12140 The National Pension & Provident Fund is pleased to announce the vacancy for the position of Director Investment, Investment Department as outlined below: Post Qualification Work Experience Status Director Investment Minimum of a Bachelors’ degree (full time) from a recognized university in Commerce / Economics / Finance. Minimum of 12 years of work experience; and of which should have serve at least 2 years at position of general Manager/Chief level & above for corporate/Public/Private companies or equivalent position and P1 level & above for civil servants. 18 months of study period shall be considered as active service. On contract for an initial period of three (3) years with the possibility of one term extension based on performance and other regulatory requirements.
