INVITATION FOR BIDS (Repair and Maintenance of Civil Works in NPPF Housing Complex at NPPF Complex, Samdrup Jongkhar)
July 20, 2026 NPPF/ROP-08/2026/12959 National Pension and Provident Fund (NPPF) invite sealed bids from interested and prospective bidders (Small- Class C – W3) for Repair and Maintenance of Civil Works in NPPF Housing Complex at NPPF Complex, Samdrup Jongkhar. Bids shall be received in sealed envelopes on or before 12:30 pm on 3rd August, 2026 and shall be opened on the same day at 2:30 pm at the NPPF Regional office Phuentsholing. Any tender received after the deadline for the submission shall be rejected. Please note that all the tendering process shall be done in accordance with NPPF PRR 2019 and Bhutan PRR 2025. Bidders shall sign and seal every page of the bidding document. Bidder should also ensure that Form of Bid, bid securing declaration, bill of quantities and Bidder’s information of the bidding document are filled in correctly, signed and sealed and submitted as part of the bid submission. Bid security shall be in the form of Bid Securing Declaration that should be sealed and signed by the appropriate official. A valid trade license must also be submitted.
