Project: Construction of G+3 Residential Building in Samtse at Daragaon

- The National Pension and Provident Fund (NPPF) invite sealed Bids from eligible and qualified Class W3 Large Contractors for the Dismantling of G+2 Building and Construction of G+3 Residential Building at Daragaon in Samtse.
- The period for execution of the assignment is 24 Months.
- Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures specified in the RGoB and NPPF Procurement Rules, and is open to all Bidders from Countries as defined in Section III of the Bidding Documents.
- Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Real Estate Division in NPPF, Thimphu at 1785 1689 (kuenzang.tenzin@nppf.org.bt) and site inspection may be done upon prior appointment with the Regional Head (1786 0960, ROP.Head@nppf.org.bt) during office hours.

- Bids must be delivered to the Chief, Real Estate Division, NPPF Thimphu at or before 12.00 noon on 16/03/2026. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late and incomplete Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders / representatives who choose to attend at 2.30 pm on 16/03/2026 in the NPPF Hall, Thimphu.
- All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration.
