The National Pension and Provident Fund (NPPF) invites sealed bids from interested and prospective bidders for the Operating NPPF Canteen, Thimphu.
Bids shall be received in sealed envelopes on or before 1:00 PM on 7th September 2026 and shall be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM at NPPF Meeting Room, Thimphu. Any tender received after the deadline for the submission shall be rejected.
Please note that bids will be rejected at the time of opening if:
- Integrity Pact is not signed by authorized person & witnesses or incomplete;
- Bid security is not sufficient or not enclosed or not valid,
The Detailed Bidding Documents shall be purchased from NPPF Head Office with effect from 24th August 2026. For any inquiry, please contact Procurement Section (Tel-02-324140).
Interested bidders can purchase the bidding documents from NPPF Head Office at a nominal cost of Nu.500.00.
