3 Allotment Shall be done after undertaking due diligence.

5 Occupancy From 1st July, 2019.

Documents required:

    • Application

    • Copy of business license

    • Copy of CID

    • Copy of CIB reports (Both Licensee and Business)

    • Copy of tenancy agreement with previous landlord.

2. Eligibility Criteria to apply for NPPF Vacant Residential flat(s) at Thimphu.

2 No. of Unit(s) 1
3 Applicant Active PF members (PF joining date before 2000)
4 Grade 08-04
5 Applicant and/ or Spouse Not a tenant of Public Housing Unit
6 Allotment Shall be done on the basis of seniority in NPPF membership on July 1st 2019.
7 Monthly Rent Nu. 8925 only.
8 Occupancy w.e.f 1st August 2019.
