Letter of Invitation

The National Pension and Provident Fund (NPPF) invites sealed bids from interested and prospective bidders for entering into outsourcing for Audit and certification of ISO 27001 standard, NPPF. 

 Bids shall be received in sealed envelopes on or before 14:00 Hours, BST on 21st September 2020 and shall be opened on the same day at 15:00 Hour, BST at NPPF Boardroom, Head Office, Thimphu. Any tender received after the deadline for the submission shall be rejected.  

Please note that bids will be rejected at the time of opening if: 

1. Integrity pact is not signed by the bidder’s authorized person & witnesses and incomplete; 
2. Bid security is not sufficient or not enclosed and not valid; 
3. Fee for RFP Nu. 500/- payment receipt should be enclosed with the proposal, failure to enclose the receipt shall subject to rejection.
