The National Pension and Provident Fund (NPPF) invites sealed bids from interested and prospective bidders for entering an Annual Maintenance Contract for office equipment, EPBAX System, UPS, CCTV, DG Generator and Fire Alarm system at NPPF Head office.

Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes on or before 10:00 AM on 26th February 2024 and shall be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM at the NPPF Boardroom, Head Office, Thimphu.

Any bids received after the deadline for the submission shall be rejected.

Please note that bids shall be rejected at the time of opening if:

i.Integrity pact is not signed by the bidders or authorized person & witnesses; or incomplete.

ii.Bid security is insufficient or is not enclosed or found invalid,
