Tenure: 5 years

Home Loan shall be provided only for construction/repair/purchase of house/apartment for one-unit personal dwelling.
Purpose/Objectives: To promote homeownership to all the NPPF members.
Eligibility: Should be a current NPPF member who has contributed at least 1 year in service
Security: land and building under construction
Loan Amount: Maximum 10 million subject to LTV and LTI regulation
Interest Rate: 9.0% p.a (fixed) and 8.0% p.a (5-years floating).
Tenure: 30 years
Repayment: should be met from the monthly salary of the applicant

Purpose/Objectives: The Loan aims at financing member’s self-education as well as education of their children and spouse.
Eligibility: Current members who have contributed for at least 1 year to the NPPF and has/have child/children.
Security: Secured by fixed assets located in urban, sub-urban and extended town areas.
Loan Amount: The maximum loan amount is Nu. 1,500,000/-
Eligibility For studies within Bhutan, the maximum loan amount is Nu. 500,000/- per child (limited to 3 children). For studies abroad, the maximum loan amount is Nu. 1,500,000/- per child (limited to 3 children).

Repayment: The repayment must be met from the Salary of the applicant.

Purpose/Objectives: The loan aims at providing financial support to students to pursue higher education.
Eligibility: Loan can be availed by Bhutanese citizens who have completed at least class 12 and wish to pursue higher education including vocational training.
Security:
Loan Amount: The maximum loan amount is Nu. 1,500,000/- (subject to LTV and LTI). The actual loan amount is determined based on the fee structure, mortgage value and repayment capacity of both student and the guarantor.
Interest Rate: 8% p.a. during study period and 9% p.a. thereafter.
Tenure: 15 years
Repayment: Immediately after the disbursement and must be met from the guarantor's monthly salary
