CHL shall be provided for the purpose of construction/repair/purchase of house/building/apartment strictly for the purpose of generating income, either from business activity, resale of property or rental or lease income.
Purpose/Objectives: The Loan aims at financing to best meet your individual investment needs in construction & repairs of house/building and purchase of flats strictly for the purpose for generating profit.
Eligibility: should be a current NPPF member
Security: Land and buildings to be constructed.
