The National Pension and Provident Fund is pleased to announce the following vacant positions:

Analyst Business Development ToR

Project Engineer ToR

Project Engineer ToR

1. Basic Pay

Basic pay is Nu. 21,990/-, For the Analyst Business Development, additional increment of Nu. 550/- will be considered for every additional year of relevant work experience of more than the required work experience mentioned in the above criteria. 

2. Allowances:

a. 45% contract allowance.  

b. Maximum 2 months basic pay as ex-gratia in a FY based on performance. 

c. Maximum of 6 months basic pay in a FY as PBVI based on performance; and

d. Staff incentive housing loan, vehicle loan and education loan at discounted % rate.

The employment contract is subject to renewal based on need, performance and other requirements.

An applicant will check if the minimum eligibility is met as per qualification requirements for vacancies without any work experience requirement only in line with the Recruitment and Selection Guidelines for Entry Level
