Vacancy announcement for gardener

The National Pension and Provident Fund is pleased to announce the following vacancy for contract employment:

Allowances:

a. 20% House rent allowance

b. Maximum 2 months basic salary as ex-gratia based on performance.

c. Maximum of 50% of the total basic pay per annum as PBVI; and

d. Staff incentive housing loan; vehicle loan; and education loan at 5% interest rate.

e. Other benefits as per the NPPF SRR in vogue.

Interested Bhutanese candidates who have the required eligibility criteria may apply and submit their documents to HR and Administration Division, National Pension and Provident Fund, Head Office Thimphu, with duly filled NPPF Employment Application Form (click here to download) along with the following documents on or Before 5: 00 PM, 24^th May 2023:

1. Copy of academic documents and training certificates, if any
2. Copy of valid CID;
3. Copy of valid (Six months) medical fitness certificate for employment;
4. Copy of valid RBP security clearance;
5. Work Experience Certificate or 2 contact details of professional referees for experience validation.
