The National Pension and Provident Fund, Thimphu is pleased to announce the following vacancy in executive category:

Chief, Real Estate Division, Head Office, Thimphu   ToRMinimum Bachelor’s Degree (Full time) in any field from a recognized university; and   Preference will be given to candidates with master’s degree (full time) or any other degree equivalent / higher than master’s degree in relevant field from a recognized university while shortlisting.Minimum of total 10 years of work experience including a minimum of 7 years in relevant field; and    Should have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a managerial role in grade 5 level or above.  Contract term of 3 years; and   shall be renewable for 2nd term only             based on Performance and MARS rating.  
Pay and allowances :
1. Basic Pay of Nu. 55,000/-
2. Contract Allowance – 40% of basic pay
3. Conveyance Allowance – Nu. 5,000/-
4. Communication Allowance –
5. Nu. 2,000/-Maximum 6 months basic salary as Performance Based Variable Incentive (PBVI) based on organizational and individual performance and as per NPPF SRR;
6. Maximum 2 months bonus based on organizational and individual performance and as per NPPF SRR; and
7. Other entitlements as per NPPF SRR.
