4 Program Associate IV, HRAD  HO, Thimphu 1 NILClass 12 Pass on or after 2020 with minimum of 55% in Mathematics Regular 12

Interested Bhutanese fulfilling the above eligibility criteria(s) may apply and submit the application online along with the following mandatory documents:

  1. Latest signed resume; 
  1. Citizenship Identity Card (Both Sides); 
  1. Academic transcripts with completion certificates (Masters / Bachelors) and relevant training certificates; 
  1. Medical fitness certificate for employment; 
  1. Valid RBP security clearance; 
  1. Valid audit clearance certificate (If employed); 
  1. Recommendation letter from two referees (Current or past employers); 
  1. Certified documents to support total number of years of work experience; 
  1. Certified documents to support total number of years of experience in related field; 
  1. Any other documents and testimonials, as may be applicable to the vacancy. 

Candidates with additional years of relevant work experience shall be eligible for a higher basic pay (advance increment), subject to approval.
