|1||Chief||Member Loan Division (ToR)||1||Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (full time) in any field from a recognized university (preference will be given to candidates with master’s degree (full time) or any other degree equivalent / higher than master’s degree in relevant field from a recognized university while shortlisting)||– Minimum of total 10 years of work experience including a minimum of 7 years in relevant field; and – Should have a minimum 3 years of work experience in a managerial role in grade 5 level or above.||– Contract term of 3 years; andshall be- renewable based on performance and MARS.|
a. Basic Pay

|b. Contract Allowance||40% of Basic Pay|
|c. Conveyance Allowance||Nu. 5,000/-|
|d. Communication Allowance||Nu. 2,000/-|
e. Performance Based Variable Incentive (PBVI) and Annual Bonus as per NPPF SRR; and
f. Other entitlements as per NPPF SRR.
