Location: Below IMTRAT Hospital

Documents required:

• Application
  • Copy of business license
  • Copy of CID
  • Copy of CIB reports (Both Licensee and Business)
  • Copy of tenancy agreement with previous landlord.

Please note application for Restaurants, Bars and Liquor shop will not be accepted.

Application along with latest required documents to be submitted to Real Estate Division, Thimphu .
