Eligibility criteria to apply: 

1 Type of Flat: Class II
2 No. of Units: 1
3 Applicant: Active PF members 
4 Grade: 4 – 8
5 Applicant and/ or Spouse: Not a tenant of Public Housing Unit 
6 Allotment:  Shall be done on the basis of seniority in NPPF membership as on 4th September 2024.
7 Monthly Rent & Occupancy Date: Nu.10,010/-  from 1st November, 2024.
