1. Eligibility Criteria to apply for NPPF Residential flat in NPPF Housing Complex, Thimphu
| 1 | Type of Flat: | Class II |
| 2 | Applicant: | Active PF members (PF joining date before 2010 and before) |
| 3 | Grade: | 04 to 08 |
| 4 | Applicant and/ or Spouse: | Not a tenant of Public Housing Unit. |
| 5 | Allotment: | Shall be done on the basis of seniority in NPPF membership on 20th February, 2023. |
| 6 | Monthly Rent & Occupancy: | Nu. 11,495/-. From 1st April 2023. |
