Eligibility Criteria to apply for NPPF Residential flat in NPPF Housing Complex, Thimphu.
| 1 | Type of Flat: | Class IV (One bedroom flat) |
| 2 | Applicant: | Active PF members (PF joining date before 2015 and before) |
| 3 | Grade: | 14 and below |
| 4 | Applicant and/ or Spouse: | Not a tenant of Public Housing Unit. |
| 5 | Allotment: | Shall be done on the basis of seniority in NPPF membership on 15th Sept, 2023. |
| 6 | Monthly Rent & Occupancy: | Nu. 4320/-. From 1st Oct 2023. |

Application along with required documents (in single PDF Format) to be submitted via email to dawa.tshering@nppf.org.bt on or before 15th September, 2023.
