8th April 2026 NPPF/HRD/11/2026/11733 The National Pension Board is pleased to announce the vacancy for the position of Chief Executive Officer, as outlined below: Post Qualification Work Experience Status Chief Executive Officer Minimum of Bachelor’s degree (full time) from a reputed / recognized university. Candidates having Master’s degree in relevant fields (Finance/ Business/ Economics/ Management) shall be given preference. Minimum Fifteen (15) years’ work experience, which should include a minimum of three years of active service at General Manager level & above for corporate/Public/Private companies or equivalent position and P1-A level & above for civil servants. 18 months of study period shall be considered as active service. On contract for an initial period of three (3) years with the possibility of one term extension based on performance and other regulatory requirements.
