Work Experience
Minimum10 years of work experience (Up to 24 months of study period will be counted as active service), of which at least 3 years in relevant field, Leadership Experience Should have led/leading a Division/Unit/Section in an organization for a minimum period of three years. |
Initial contract term of 3 years and shall be renewable for 2nd term based on Performance, MARS rating and other applicable conditions
