This contract award notice is issued in accordance with Clause 38 (Signing of Contract) of Section I (Instructions to Bidders). It is hereby notified that, pursuant to the award decision made on 24th April 2026, the contract for the execution of the Works for the “Dismantling of G+2 Building and Construction of G+3 Residential Building in Samtse at Daragaon, under reference No. NPPF/RE/PR-SM/01/2026/10290 has been awarded to M/s Thupsel Builders, for a total contract price of Nu. 27,619,661.52/- (Ngultrum Twenty-Seven Million Six Hundred Nineteen Thousand, Six Hundred Sixty-One and Chetrum Fifty Two only). The contract period shall be 24 months from the date of Award of work.
