National Pension and Provident Fund (NPPF) invites sealed bids from interested and prospective bidders for Annual Maintenance Contract for Office Equipment (Printers), Advance Queue Management System (Token Machine) and EPABX System at NPPF, Head Office.
Bids shall be received in sealed envelopes on or before 1:00PM on 30th April 2026 and shall be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM at NPPF Head Office, Thimphu. Any tender received after the deadline for the submission shall be rejected.
Please note that bids will be rejected at the time of opening if:
- Integrity Pact is not signed by authorized person & witnesses and incomplete;
- Bid bond is not sufficient or not enclosed and not valid,
