Through this addendum we would like to inform all prospective bidders of the following amendments to the tender documents:
- Specification of Materials: The uniform items (pants and shirts) for engineers, maintenance staff, and ICT officials must be made of material comprising of 65% polyester and 35% cotton with a GSM of 260 grams and a twill factor or equivalent of different colors. The color of the materials will be shared with the successful bidder along with a tender award letter.
- Serial No. 4: Gum Boots must be steel-toe, heavy-duty gum boots.
- For (Gho, Kira, Wonju, Tego) the colors of these items shall comply to the NPPF corporate colors, specifically grey and turquoise.
- Serial No. 17: Gum Boots refer to regular gum boots.
- For items where the brand is specified, bidders are required to submit a copy of the Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter, Dealership Certificate, or Distributorship Certificate.
- The quantity of T-shirts is increased from 52 to 58.
The above amendments shall form part of the tender document, non-compliance of which shall result in rejection of the tender.
