National Pension and Provident Fund would like to issue an addendum in regards to tender reference No. NPPF/PROC-02/2026/12438, dated 3rd June 2026 for Supply of Capex Budgeted Items for financial year 2026. This addendum is issued to inform all the bidders that the Price Schedule, wherein it is stated the “Country of Origin” shall be from Malaysia/China/India for the items intended for procurement explicitly mentioned in tender document shall be treated as void.
Therefore, NPPF would like to request the bidder to disregard the countries mentioned in the existing Price Schedule and instead indicate the country of origin from which the bidders intend to supply the respective items.
The above amendments shall form part of the tender document, non-compliance of which shall result in rejection of the tender.
