This is to inform that most of bidders have sought clarification, the following statement has been prepared for circulation to the bidders:
1.ISO standard certification
- ISO-Certified Companies: Bidders holding a valid ISO certification must enclose a copy of the certificate with their proposal.
- Non-Certified Companies: Bidders without ISO certification must submit a duly signed declaration form confirming that the ERP deployment will be aligned with the ISO standards specified in the RFP.
- Joint Venture (JV) Bidders: Where the ERP implementor is part of a JV arrangement, either party serving as the ERP implementor must submit a valid ISO certificate or a signed declaration form confirming that the ERP deployment will be undertaken in accordance with the ISO standards specified in the RFP.
