National Pension and Provident Fund (NPPF) invites sealed bids from interested and prospective bidders having valid License registered as class Medium (M), W3 category with Bhutan Construction and Transport Authority (BCTA) for tendering of the work “Repair and maintenance of civil & Electrical works at NPPF Complex, Phuentsholing.”
Bids shall be received in sealed envelopes on or before 12:30 pm on 3rd July, 2025 and shall be opened on the same day at 2:30 pm at the NPPF Regional office Phuentsholing. Any tender received after the deadline for the submission shall be rejected.
Please note that all the tendering process shall be done in accordance with NPPF PRR 2019.
- Bidders shall sign and seal every page of the bidding document.
- Bidder should also ensure that Form of Bid, bid security (in the form of demand draft, cash warrant etc. as specified on BDS ITB15.1), bill of quantities and Bidder’s information of the bidding document are filled in correctly, signed and sealed and submitted as part of the bid submission.
- A valid trade license must also be submitted.
