The National Pension and Provident Fund invite expression of interest from the eligible and qualified W3 large contractors for the following works:
- Package 1: Contract work for Construction of Residential Buildings including site development works in Phuentsholing: 3 Nos Buildings (Type 2: 1 No, Type 3: 2 Nos).
- Package 2: Contract work for Construction of Residential Buildings including site development works in Phuentsholing: 3 Nos Buildings (Type 1: 2 Nos, Type 2: 1 No)
Contractors or construction firms are invited to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the specified work. For further details, please refer to the Instructions to Contractors and the Terms of Reference attached with this document.
Interested eligible contractors may obtain further information from Real Estate Division in NPPF, Thimphu at 1785 1689 (kuenzang.tenzin@nppf.org.bt) and site inspection may be done upon prior appointment with the Regional Head (17860960, ROP.Head@nppf.org.bt) during office hours.

The EoIs are to be delivered to the Chief, Real Estate Division, NPPF Thimphu latest by 27h March 2026 up to 12:30 pm.
Pre-bid Meeting shall be held on 17th March 2026, 2:30 pm NPPF Board Room, Thimphu. The procedural requirements for responding to this invitation are provided in the complete REoI document.
