The National Pension and Provident Fund (NPPF) invites sealed bids for an Annual Rate Contract for the supply of the following items for the financial year 2026:

Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes by 1:00 PM on 15th October 2025. They will be opened the same day at 2:30 PM at the NPPF Meeting Room, Head Office, Thimphu.
Bids will be rejected if:

The integrity pact is missing or incomplete

Bid security is insufficient, missing, or invalid
