The National Pension and Provident Fund (NPPF) invites sealed bids through limited tendering from eligible and interested Bhutanese firms for the Outsourcing of Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for the VRF System at the NPPF Head Office, Thimphu.
Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes on or before 1:00 PM on 9th July 2025 and shall be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM at the NPPF Head Office, Thimphu. Any bids received after the deadline for the submission shall be rejected.
Please note that bids shall be rejected at the time of opening if:
- Integrity pact is not signed by the bidders or authorized person & witnesses; or incomplete;
- Bid security is insufficient or is not enclosed or found invalid,
