3. Eligibility Criteria to apply for Class I type unit (Duplex) at Debsi, Thimphu

5Applicant and/ or Spouse:Not a tenant of Public Housing Unit.
6Allotment:Shall be done on the basis of seniority in NPPF membership on 9th November 2022.
7Monthly Rent:Nu. 15,790/-.
8Occupancy Date:W.e.f 1st January 2023.

4. Eligibility Criteria to apply for Bachelor’s Quarter (BQ) at NPPF Housing Complex, Thimphu

2No. of Unit1
3Applicant:Active PF members (PF joining date before 2010), strictly for unmarried members.
4Grade:All grades
5Applicant:Not a tenant of Public Housing Unit.
6Allotment:Shall be done on the basis of seniority in NPPF membership on 9th November 2022.
7Monthly Rent:Nu. 2,210/-.
8Occupancy Date:W.e.f 1st January 2023.
