ADDENDUM
This is with reference to Invitation for Expression of Interest vide NPPF/RE/PRPL/25/2026/11202 dated 10th March 2026 for Contract work for Construction of Residential Buildings at Phuentsholing (Package 1 & 2).
NPPF, Real Estate Division, issues an Addendum for the project. The addendum issued is a part of the Request for Eol document and shall be binding on all bidders. .The detail of the addendum is as follows:

| 7 | The closing date for submission of Eol is 27th March 2026 up to 12:30 pm. Any Eol received after the deadline for submission of Eol shall be declared late and returned unopened to the Contractor/ Construction Firm. The EOI shall be opened by the procuring agency upon completion of the evaluation, the participants shall be informed accordingly. |
