Notice on Planned Dismantling and Redevelopment of Buildings at NPPF Complex
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN This is to inform that the National Pension and Provident Fund (NPPF) plans to dismantle five old buildings located within the NPPF Complex, Thimphu, tentatively by June 2026. The existing structures will be replaced with new residential buildings featuring upgraded infrastructure and improved land utilisation. NPPF will ensure that all dismantling and subsequent construction activities are carried out safely and in an orderly manner, with minimal inconvenience to the surrounding neighbourhood.
