The National Pension and Provident Fund (NPPF) invites quotations from interested and eligible printing firms for the design, layout and printing of Office Diaries and Desk Calendars for the year 2027, as detailed below:

- Desk Calendars
Interested bidders are requested to submit their signed quotations along with a copy of a valid Printing Press Licence, Tax Clearance Certificate and the required bid security of Nu. 5,000.
Quotations must reach the NPPF Head Office, Thimphu, on or before 2:00 PM on 16 October 2026. Quotations received after the submission deadline shall not be considered.
The selected bidder shall be required to complete the delivery within 30 days from the date of the supply order, in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions provided in the bidding document.
