The National Pension and Provident Fund (NPPF) invites sealed bids from interested and prospective bidders for entering into an Annual Rate Contract for the supply of the following items for the financial year 2025:   General stationery   Spares and consumable for office equipment   Electrical items   Hardware, plumbing and sanitary items   Printing of forms, booklets, visiting cards, etc.   Toiletries.   Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes on or before 1:00 PM on 16th December 2024 and shall be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM at the NPPF Training Room, Head Office, Thimphu. Any bids received after the deadline for the submission shall be rejected.    Please note that bids shall be rejected at the time of opening if:   Integrity pact is not signed by the bidders or authorized person & witnesses; or incomplete;   Bid security is insufficient or is not enclosed or found invalid,   Detailed bidding documents can be purchased from NPPF Head Office with effect from 15th November 2024.
