Date: 8th June 2026  NPPF/PROC-02/2026/12515 National Pension and Provident Fund would like to issue an addendum in regards to tender reference No. NPPF/PROC-02/2026/12438, dated 3rd June 2026 for Supply of Capex Budgeted Items for financial year 2026. This addendum is issued to inform all the bidders that the Price Schedule, wherein it is stated the “Country of Origin” shall be from Malaysia/China/India for the items intended for procurement explicitly mentioned in tender document shall be treated as void.   Therefore, NPPF would like to request the bidder to disregard the countries mentioned in the existing Price Schedule and instead indicate the country of origin from which the bidders intend to supply the respective items.  The above amendments shall form part of the tender document, non-compliance of which shall result in rejection of the tender.   Issued for and on behalf of NPPF,  Chief Executive Officer, National Pension & Provident Fund, Thimphu, Bhutan.

It is hereby notified that, pursuant to the award decision made on 14th April 2026, the contract for the execution of the Works for the Construction of Fire Escape Structure in the Commercial Buildings at the NPPF Housing Complex, Thimphu, under reference No. NPPF/RE/PR-TH/2026/376, has been awarded to Phuntshok Gyelphel Construction for a total contract price of Nu. 3,300,000/- (Ngultrum Three Million Three Hundred Thousand only).
