AUCTION NOTICE- Land at Dongyo, Mongar, for Auction

The following properties shall be sold through OPEN AUCTION on 16th January, 2026 at 10:30 AM in the Conference Hall, National Pension and Provident Fund, Thimphu. Interest bidders are requested to inspect the property on or before December, 8th 2025. SL. However, only the bidder in whose name or his/her representative holding a valid token can participate in the bidding process.  The highest bidder whose bid amount is equal to or more than the reserve price shall be declared the successful bidder by the Auction Committee. The highest successful bidders shall not be allowed to retract their bid(s) and all sales will be considered as final and binding.  For every successful bid, the successful bidder is required to make a payment of 25% of the bid amount by cash/online payment on the day of the auction upon fall of the hammer. The balance amount of 75% of the bid amount shall be paid within 10 working days from the date of auction and take delivery or possession of the property.  The EMD of Nu.25,000 (Ngultrums twenty-five thousand) of the highest successful bidder shall be retained until the auction is completed as security for subsequent bids to be offered in respect of the remaining properties on auction. On completion of the auction, the EMD of the highest successful bidder shall be adjusted against the auction value of properties won by the highest successful bidder.  EMD of unsuccessful bidders shall be refunded within twenty-four hours or on the next working day following the auction day.  The highest successful bidder whose bid is accepted by the Auction Committee shall make the full payment and take delivery or possession of the property at his/her own cost within 10 (ten) working days from the date of the auction. The successful bidder will not be entitled to possession of the properties purchased until the full bid amount has been fully paid and adjusted.  All applicable renewal fee/ownership transfer tax and charges payable to the relevant agency or authority shall be borne by the highest successful bidder.  In case the highest bidder withdraws the bid or does not take delivery or possession of the properties or is not able to pay the full bid price as required within timeline specified above, his/her EMD and/or any advance payments shall be forfeited, and the second highest bidder may be given an option to purchase the property at the highest bid amount, and if the second highest bidder opts not to purchase, the property shall be re-auctioned.   NPPF shall reserve the right to withdraw from the sale of all or any property at any time before the auction date or before the fall of the hammer.  The Auction Committee reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bids on the spot or at any subsequent date without assigning any reasons thereof, and in the event of dispute regarding the auction, the decision of the Auction Committee shall be final and binding.  The bidders shall be deemed to have physically inspected the property to their full satisfaction before making their bid(s) and unless specified otherwise all moveable properties shall be auctioned on as is where is basis.  A bidder shall not resort to any syndication or commit any fraud prior or during the auction in connection with the aforesaid property. Notice Inviting Tender [for Outsourcing and Development of ERP system]

The National Pension & Provident Fund invites proposals to provide the consulting services: for Outsourcing and Development of ERP system for (Finance, Human Resource and Administration, Inventory management & Procurement System and Real Estate Management System).   The tender is divided into two distinct packages: Package I and Package II.  Package I shall consist of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system encompassing Finance, Human Resource and Administration (HRAD), Inventory Management, and Procurement. Submission of a proposal for Package I is mandatory.  Package II shall comprise the Real Estate Management System. Submission under this package is optional. Bidders that do not possess the requisite capacity for Package II may choose to refrain from submitting a proposal for this package.   It is further clarified that non-submission of a proposal for Package II shall not constitute grounds for rejection of the bidder, provided that the proposal for Package I has been duly submitted in compliance with the stipulated requirements.  Evaluation of Proposals: Each package shall be evaluated independently based on the prescribed criteria. Bidders who submit proposals for both Package I and Package II shall be assessed separately for each package. Addendum to NPPF Tender No. NPPF/PROC/2025/02/7883, Dated 4th August 2025 for Supply of Uniform for NPPF Office.

Through this addendum we would like to inform all prospective bidders of the following amendments to the tender documents: Specification of Materials: The uniform items (pants and shirts) for engineers, maintenance staff, and ICT officials must be made of material comprising of 65% polyester and 35% cotton with a GSM of 260 grams and a twill factor or equivalent of different colors. The color of the materials will be shared with the successful bidder along with a tender award letter. Serial No. 4: Gum Boots must be steel-toe, heavy-duty gum boots. For (Gho, Kira, Wonju, Tego) the colors of these items shall comply to the NPPF corporate colors, specifically grey and turquoise. Serial No. 17: Gum Boots refer to regular gum boots. For items where the brand is specified, bidders are required to submit a copy of the Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter, Dealership Certificate, or Distributorship Certificate. The quantity of T-shirts is increased from 52 to 58. The above amendments shall form part of the tender document, non-compliance of which shall result in rejection of the tender.

NOTICE INVITING TENDER (Supply of Uniform for NPPF Office for Financial Year 2025)

National Pension and Provident Fund (NPPF) invites sealed bids from interested and prospective bidders for the supply of Uniform for NPPF Office for Financial Year 2025. Bids shall be received in sealed envelopes on or before 1:00 PM on 25th August 2025 and shall be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM at NPPF Meeting Room, Thimphu. Any tender received after the deadline for the submission shall be rejected.
